It is missing the belt (it does have a large 4" hem so that material could be used to make a belt). It does not come with cufflinks. Naval Clothing Depot label that is

Runs much larger than I expected. I am 5’4”& 136 pounds. Usually wear a medium or large in some knit tops. So I need to stitch the side seams in hopes it will fit better. I like the weight and softness of the fabric, but really disappointed in the too large armholes. Unwearable for me until I
